I overcame depression and anxiety to find new purpose, rediscover my joy, and reconnect with those I love.

For years, I struggled with social isolation, severe depression, and crippling anxiety. Then I learned how to change my thinking patterns, set boundaries, and ask for help. I removed toxins from my diet, home, and relationships.

Today I lead a life filled with hope, meaning and joy. Even on those tough days, I have a purpose that keeps me moving forward into the Promise God gave me.

I'm so excited for the opportunity to share what I've learned and to help you develop your own customized strategies to break free from depression and anxiety and rediscover your joy.

Y'all I LOVE that people like Lori Owens feel safe enough to share that she has COME THROUGH severe depression.
