For 16 years, I supported the U.S. Army as a civilian, including a two-year deployment to Kuwait in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.

Like many high-capacity individuals, I didn’t break down in the middle of the pressure.

I powered through.

The impact came later.

It showed up as chronic health issues, anxiety, depression, and a level of exhaustion that made even simple, daily tasks feel overwhelming.

I was functioning.

But barely.

My Story: From High Performance to Hidden Collapse

In a desperate attempt to get my life back, I began searching for answers—diving into wellness, resilience, and anything that might help me feel like myself again.

What started as research became something deeper.

A turning point.

God began leading me through a process of healing that went far beyond physical health.

I realized I wasn’t just burned out.

I was living with PTSD.

Keep Moving Forward.

True healing didn’t come from pushing harder.

It came from rebuilding differently.

Through counseling, intentional lifestyle changes, mindset work, and spiritual growth, I began to understand what was actually happening beneath the surface—and how to work with my mind and body instead of against them.

Not in overwhelming leaps.

But in small, sustainable steps.

And somewhere in that process, my purpose became clear:

To help others find their way forward, too.

The Foundations that Helped Me Rebuild

Everything I teach is rooted in what actually helped me heal from PTSD, anxiety, burnout, emotional exhaustion, and chronic stress.

I learned how to:
 - Change thought patterns that kept me stuck
 - Increase self-awareness
 - Develop character strengths without comparison
 - Build emotional intelligence and healthier ways of relating to others

Renewing the Mind

I began developing practical ways to regulate stress and create steadiness in everyday life through:
 - Breathing techniques
 - Gardening
 - Pets
 - Reading
 - Adult coloring
 - Restorative routines and rhythms
 - Creating a healthier home and lifestyle environment

Creating Practical Daily Supports

Healing also meant learning to:
 - Pay attention to my body
 - Respect my limits while gently expanding them
 - Work differently on low-energy versus high-energy days
 - Stop treating exhaustion like failure

Respecting the Nervous System

Healing wasn't something I did alone. 

I sought support through:

 - Faith and spiritual growth

These weren't quick fixes. They became sustainable tools that helped me rebuild my life from the inside out.

In 2017, I became an Army-Certified Master Resilience Trainer and spent seven years teaching and speaking to Soldiers and Civilians around the world.

In high-pressure environments where performance matters and stress is constant, I equipped others with practical tools to:

 - Navigate adversity without burnout
 - Strengthen emotional resilience
 - Improve focus, communication, and adaptability
 - Recover and rebuild after high-stress experiences

Today, I bring that same mission into my work through speaking, coaching, and my podcast.
